Nokota collects only the information submitted through the program application: your name, email address, phone number, academic background, MCAT timeline, the eligibility categories you select, the description of the barriers you have encountered, and any supporting documentation you upload. Only your name, email, and description of challenges are required to apply.

Uploaded documents are stored under 256-bit encryption in accordance with industry standards. They are not published at public web addresses, are not listed anywhere on the site, and are not reachable by other applicants or visitors. Documents are deleted after application review.

Access is limited to authorized program administrators reviewing applications.

Submitted information is used to determine eligibility, to schedule the structured conversation, and to deliver the program to accepted participants. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

To understand how the site is used, we record anonymous visit activity: pages viewed, time actively on a page, scroll depth, and link clicks. No cookies are used; a random visit identifier is kept in your browser only until the tab is closed. Your IP address is used once to look up approximate location and network (for example, a university or company network) and is never stored. This information is visible only to site administrators and is not sold or shared.

Your documentation will not be retained after your application is reviewed.
