What is collected

Nokota collects only the information submitted through the program application: your name, email address, phone number, academic background, MCAT timeline, the eligibility categories you select, the description of the barriers you have encountered, and any supporting documentation you upload. Only your name, email, and description of challenges are required to apply.

The site does not use advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or session-replay tools, and no analytics of any kind run on the application page.

How documentation is stored

Uploaded documents are stored under 256-bit encryption in accordance with industry standards. They are not published at public web addresses, are not listed anywhere on the site, and are not reachable by other applicants or visitors. Documents are deleted after application review.

Access is limited to authorized program administrators reviewing applications.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to determine eligibility, to schedule the structured conversation, and to deliver the program to accepted participants. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

Retention

Your documentation will not be retained beyond 7 business days.
